Return and Refund Policy

At Jeevan Books, we value our customers and aim to provide quality products and services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

All digital products (eBooks, PDFs, audio, or downloadable content) are non-returnable and non-refundableonce delivered or accessed.
Refunds will be considered only if there is a technical issue from our side that prevents access to the product.

Physical books may be eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, along with proof (photos or videos).
Products must be unused and in original condition.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order is completed or delivered, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

In case of payment gateway failure or duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
